Additional note about colors
The only colors available are the ones pictured.
For other colors, you can edit the digital mockup [PSD + PNG] with free software like Photopea, Krita, and Medibang Paint, or with your phone/tablet's built in image editor.
Additional note about prints + shipping
I will ask you for your address in the confirmation email if you choose a commission that includes a mailed print.
Before shipping, I will send you a high quality scan of your print.
The untracked packages are sent with a stamp in an envelope. They are first protected by a cellophane bag. They are then centered on a protective card that covers both the front and back of the print, and has about an inch of space around it.
I recommend the untracked option as I have sent many prints like this in the past safely + you will save money on shipping.
Tracked packages are sent in a rigid mailer, with cardboard backing as additional protection.
If a tracked package goes missing, I will reprint + resend it to you either without tracking [free], or with tracking [another $5 or $18.]
Form
You can fill out the following questions and email them to mcontento.art@gmail.com with the title "Spring '24 Cyanotype Portraits - [Commissioner Name] - [Character/Person in Portrait]".
Questions with asterisks are required.
1. Type of commission
$30 - 1 color, digital mockup + printable negative
$50 - 1 color, mailed print
$40 - 2 colors + white charcoal, digital mockup + printable negatives
$60 - 2 colors + white charcoal, mailed print
2. Name of commissioner *
3. Name of character/person in portrait *
4. Paypal Address [for sending invoice] *
5. Email Address [for sending commission confirmation & files] *
6. Social Media [optional]
I will use this for tagging you in posts of the commission on Instagram, Tumblr, and X.
If you do not include social media accounts here, I will simply write your name on the post.
If this is a private commission [ex.: if it is a gift for someone], you can comment on that here. [ex.: do not post at all / use 'anonymous' instead of name / do not publish until a certain date.]
7. 1 paragraph description [optional, but preferred]
Basic description [for the example portrait included at the top of this page]:
"A portrait of Peter Stamatin from the videogame Pathologic. He is looking at the viewer with a neutral-- but slightly judgmental-- expression."
Additional information:
"He is wearing a patchwork coat. His hair is long and a little disheveled. He has a little bit of stubble on his face."

- No moodboards or text documents, please.
- Preferrably shows face, hair, & some of the outfit.
- Can be photograph or drawn reference.
- Some annotations on the image can be helpful, but please keep these to a minimum.
